I wanted to introduce myself to you because, with your help, I hope to be your next State Representative.

I am currently an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. In my position, I seek protection for elderly and disabled victims of abuse, neglect and financial exploitation.

I will bring a wealth of legal experience to the position of State Representative.

Previously, I was a staff attorney for the Ninth District Court of Appeals, an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Portage County and a Civil Magistrate in the Court of Common Pleas.

I have argued six cases before the Supreme Court of Ohio. As an attorney, I have handled hundreds of cases involving all areas of Ohio law.

This experience is paramount because legislators pass the laws that affect Ohioans on a daily basis.

I know that many of you are tired… tired of an economy and government that seem to be failing the middle class, tired of escalating college tuition and health care costs, tired of politics as usual and tired of politicians who don’t listen to your concerns.

Like many of you, I am a working parent who worries about the rising cost of higher education for my children, about limited job prospects for my children once they graduate from college, and about caring for my aging parents.

I too am frustrated by politicians that seem to care more about their job security and scoring political points than they do about their constituents.

We must all work together to create a government that serves the people, not the other way around.

I work hard as an advocate for the residents of Cuyahoga County in my job as an Assistant Prosecutor, and I will work hard as an advocate for you as your next State Representative.
