I am extremely humbled and grateful for the experience of running for Cleveland City Council. The personal interactions with the residents and relationships built throughout the community were worth the time and effort of being a candidate. Thank you to everyone who supported in various means and thank you to my campaign team and amazing volunteers who worked alongside me during the last six months; we have grown tremendously.

Throughout the remainder of the year I will continue to work for the residents of Ward 5 as well as the issues we presented during the campaign. For my race was never solely about winning, but more so finding a resolve to the issues plaguing our community. Therefore, I ask you to continue to stay involved and support our efforts for ahead lies a great battle.

Local change is possible, however the mere notion of wanting is not enough; hard work and endurance is required of us to make it a reality. Thank you for your support and efforts.
